Tre tipi di "trattamento", lite, med, extreme.
Ogni cambiamento non è detto che funzioni allo stesso modo su tutti i PC, questo è dovuto alle diverse richieste che può avere un determinato driver, il vostro frontend o altri programmi installati da voi dopo il primo avvio di windows (chiavette wifi o altro hardware), consiglio quindi di prendere nota di quello che si fa per poter eventualmente tornare indietro (anche se c'è il rev).
ATTENZIONE Ogni cambiamento che farete avrà effetto per tutti gli utenti.
Per proseguire potete seguire 2 strade, manualmente con services.msc e procedendo uno ad uno o utilizzando i file .bat in allegato
Di seguito la lista dei servizi disabilitati per ogni file ed il relativo bat con il "reverse" per far tornare i servizi come erano in precedenza.

Questa configurazione non prevede l'utilizzo della rete, del firewall e di tutte le protezioni, cosa inutile per un cab arcade non connesso ad internet come il mio.
In quest'ultimo caso per fare un buon lavoro potremo disinstallare direttamente alcuni servizi dalla schermata raggiungibile dal pannello di controllo->Programmi e funzionalità->Attivazione o disattivazione delle funzionalità di windows
le funzionalità da disinstallare sono:
Windows Media Center Receiver ServiceNB. alcune funzionalità potrebbero non essere presenti perchè installabili con Live Essentials o altri aggiornamenti, quindi se non li vedete in lista non preoccupatevi, molto probabilmente già non ci sono.

Ricordate sempre che disattivare servizi può portare al malfunzionamento di windows e che ogni bat potrebbe non funzionare su tutti i pc allo stesso modo, i tre step elencati sopra sono quelli che ho seguito io sulla mia macchina con successo.
